(check in your SN wallet history by clicking on the 1sat invoice that was paid to you, there you copy the BOLT11 string lnbc10...
and decode it in the https://lightningdecoder.com/ where you can read the Payment Hash).An example decoded invoice which I paid to myself when writing this, just to make sure it works.
The Lightning Decoder is a client-side JavaScript, no worries about it sending the data somewhere.
