Its an open source program that facilitates P2P private sales. Maker/taker 1v1.

It requires some trust between each party though and some Bisq arbitrators (?) settle disputes when they arise.

Are there similar alternatives for a fiat on/off ramp?

I personally use Bisq and Robosats. Many people rave about Peach's friendly UI/UX, but I haven't used it. Bisq is more for power users IMO.
