Sure, one time it was locked for 10 days when direct deposits are supposed to be locked for 24 hours.

Most recently, I do not see my direct deposit amount in my account even though I see it in the transaction history

can you be at all more specific about "an issue" you run in to "Each time [you] get paid"?

I've recently set up direct deposit with them for part of my paycheck, but it seems like each time I get paid I run into an issue where I have to contact customer service to resolve it so I can obtain my Bitcoin successfully. 

Anyone else have similar experiences? If this is the norm I'll probably switch over to River, even if I have to leave funds there longer
