So I want to use the popular AI sometimes, like ChatGPT, willing to pay but not willing to register. Is some service like that available yet, where you can pay via LN / nostr?
If not this is a good idea for someone to build.

So your best bet would be to use Dash Direct, if it's still operational, it's an app where you can send Dash directly to a virtual prepaid debit card then use the debit card to make your purchase either in person via NFC or online. no registration/kyc required.
