The form doesn't ask what country. Are you assuming they are tabulating nation counts based on location of IP address?

I think everyone who may want to show interest through this form is outside of the USA, Argentina, and El Salvador, the only 3 countries where Strike is available right now. Yes, they are probably tracking IP Addresses to detect which country the sign-up is from.
