Feature I would love to see on these devices is printing the invoice QR code on to the paper check.
In a restaurant, the server can bring the bill. Customer can then scan the code and pay straight away. Means a busy restaurant can keep one POS device for printing and not need to have the device present at every table.
Paid checks can be verified on a central terminal.
(A separate LN address for each server to receive tips can also be added.)

Bonus to this, is it integrates seamlessly into the usual check paying process. Don't have lightning? Then do the usual dance with the server to pay cash or card.
Do have a lightning wallet? Pay instantly and magically and give your whole table a live Bitcoin lightning demo with some cool factor.
