The Chargers are so talented. They're sort of like if the 49ers had the dumbest coach in the league.
Every year I think they are going to ascend to the upper echelon of the league and they are mediocre again. I don't watch them that closely, Bosa is amazing but I thought their D was a bit suspect?

They've had some injuries. Khalil Mack had 6 sacks against the Raiders two weeks ago and Bosa missed that game.
