I'm curious what resources everyone uses to stack sats. I've explored quite a number of apps, games, content creation platforms that all reward in sats but would love to see a discussion about what everyone else is using.
My top 3 are currently: -Stacker News -Zebedee (all in one, games-surveys-offers) -Fold app debit card

3 Most used: SN Shakepay card (similar to fold but in canada) Fountain app (podcasts)
I also use: The Bitcoin Company (gift cards you can buy with bitcoin and get sats rewards) Zebedee (gaming, surveys, social) Thndr games SMiles (step tracking) Bitcoin magazine app Slice (ad plug in for chrome browser) Nostr

I haven't been using Slice nearly as much since I mostly stopped using Firefox, but I really liked how well it worked with YouTube.

I was a fan of sMiles, but they recently increased the minimum to withdraw to 1000 sats (Thndr Games allows withdraw of 1 sat!) AND required a phone number. No thanks.

In addition to what you mentioned:
Gemini Credit card. You get 10% of your fuel purchases back in sats! 3% restaurants, 2% groceries, 1% all other.
Fold was good but sucks now đź‘Ž. I never use it anymore since the rewards wheel got ride of the % returns and did a number of sats.
Fountain was also a good way in the past to earn sats, but also sucks now as they scaled way back and most days you don’t even earn a single sat.
DCAing is my best approach and shipping’em to cold storage!

Fountain is less than half what it used to be but I still average over 100 sats a day.

Stop playing shitty games, eroding your privacy, and wasting time with podcasts and SN for meager sats. These are not legitimate ways to "earn" sats because you are selling your time at a loss when you engage with them. Or selling out your private data. Anyone who has internet and can read/write has opportunities to earn sats in a way that is actually a net positive with respect to their time. The uninspired would rathe pretend they're being productive by spending hours to earn less than minimum wage on these apps.

I get your point but is it truly “selling your time at a loss”? The phrase — Time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time — comes to mind.

If you would be doing the activity even if they didn't pay you, then sure. Otherwise, you're selling time too cheaply. Low time preference taken to the extreme, will make you lose all your time chasing a sat.

in all things generally, you are rewarded proportional to the value provided. Engaging with these "earn" apps provides de minimis value. You could earn more writing bots to help people automate their workflows on fiverr than writing bots to farm these apps.

Top for me is direct deposit (CashApp an Swan) and DCA (Swan, Strike, Robosats). I'm just letting my Stacker News sats stay at Stacker News so I don't worry about being extra generous with zaps. Also paying back credit card with Fold (though I miss the 1% sats back returns!)

I think of stacking sats as input-output.
First, input. As part of my morning ritual, I read the articles from Bitcoin Magazine app and Simple Bitcoin app. It’s interesting to note that the same academic-sounding articles in Bitcoin Magazine are simplified in Simple Bitcoin and made easier to understand. I also spend some time going through the quizzes on Yzer. I don’t earn a lot of sats but I enhance my knowledge of Bitcoin, which sets my morning on a positive note.
Output - In the evening, I spend time answering Stackers’ questions on Stacker News. It helps that people are brutally honest and willing to share their opinions and anecdotes, so posting here has helped sharpened my mind about Bitcoin-related issues. Rarely, I then hop over to Heyapollo.com and post a review about a BTC product or service to earn some extra sats.

Similar, but I prefer Fountain to Zebedee, although neither has been yielding much for me lately.
