I am wondering if companies would be able to design and manufacture Arm chips using Intel's upcoming 18A process and Intel hasn't listed their partners yet.

[Intel supposedly discontinued their Blockscale ASIC line in April](https://arstechnica.com/gadgets/2023/04/intel-introduced-bitcoin-mining-chips-a-year-ago-and-theyre-already-going-away/). If they're proceeding with these chips, they must believe Intel might recontinue the program later or imagine themselves switching away, but I wasn't able to find anything in their updates about it.
