Yes and no. I think most bitcoiners have migrated to nostr. Not sure I know any bitcoiners on twitter that don't have a nostr account. I think it is a matter of inertia. It is very hard to defeat the flywheel of legacy social media and many times you got on nostr and there is maybe 5 posts for the last hour, unless you have a massive following. I do think a lot of bitcoiners are trying to port at least some of their social media time over to Nostr. I know I have. I post and reply there at least a few times a day but still use twitter as well. It will take time, more users, more breadth of discussion for everyone to transition. Similar to Bitcoin and fiat, we will likely have one foot in each world for quite awhile longer. We are getting there though.
