I mean... socialism doesn't have to have voters right? I mean really, do you think they people's votes matter in socialist nations? I can barely even type this sentence it is so ridiculous. I think you just described most of Europe and North America which aren't really socialist yet. They have large welfare states but most have stock markets and private ownership of the means of production so not really socialist nations... yet.
