Seems like it. Their job descriptions are riddled with "Crypto", "DeFi", "web3". They also seem to be working on tbDEX, some sort decentralized bitcoin exchange? Couldn't find their github repo but found this whitepaper - https://tbdex.io/whitepaper.pdf
