Lost wallet access is actually quite a good one, but whilst the wealth exists in these cases and is visible, is isn't actually accessible so I'd say doesn't quite fit the definition.

this isn't a lost wallet, it is the genesis address. The 50 bitcoin UTXO is has is actually unspendable because it wasn't added to the UTXO set.

wealth implies money afterall money is energy power is energy so if you have money you have power.. unless you lost the keys.. thus satoshi wallet
