What's the effort required to implement nocomments into a simple PHP page?

It's true, here at VEINTIUNO we do not understand how much effort it can take from a dev perspective to implement a nostr commenting system (nocomment in our case) into a simple php/html page like the @fiatjaf did here.
We'd like to know from the community, just because of this.

Thanks for your feedback and, Yes, we totally know it's a small amount, it's growing. we reach 36k in one day... still small, but for us is a good sign there's some interest from the community to see it working.
