This is a dynamite article -- so many deep connections w/ btc and destabilizing technologies / sociological structures.
The point is this: if you accept the premise that regulation locks in incumbents, then it sure is notable that the early AI winners seem the most invested in generating alarm in Washington, D.C. about AI.
The systems that exist around us live to propagate themselves, for good or ill. It is very clear here how those dynamics work.
