yeah I am with you the problem is real, I'm only thankful I live in a country where the government is completely incompetent so rolling out anything like this will be tough, so I guess that the benefit of being in a banana republic

I think that whats also a worry with these KYC lists is that they are corruptable, managed by people and can be changed, there can be back hand deals to taint certain coins and clear others, the rules are arbitrary and will be enforced by the powers that be or those with the biggest bank roll
