What are your thoughts...especially on this part:
...is supposedly expected to address different challenges such as identifying and authenticating citizens, safeguarding primary registration documents such as birth certificates and national identity cards and improving the management of social programmes and government operations.
How does this differ from the fact that most people have their identification recorded in a number of electronic national databases already? Do you think this is a good thing Bill Gates is pushing, and if not, what are you doing against it?
