Since the WFP is painting such a bleak picture i think they are exaggerating. And honestly think they are trying to scare lawmakers and so on into giving them more funding and power and so on. In reality they underestimate the markets ability to adapt but there is more to in that that. Long story short i think they are exaggerating, in order to further their own agenda. But that being said, i am buying more in bulk lately and so on just to be a bit more safe.
