Fiat is trash. They know it and we know it, but they keep fooling the general public. But we are growing and Bitcoin wins! Can’t wait to tell my boys about the journey!

Have governments started telling the truth or is the truth just that much worse?
This article isn't much out of character though. They're still hiding the truth and only ever blame inflation on people making free decisions. "We have to put us into a recession because you guys were bad, very bad. Also other countries are bad, very very bad."
Can you imagine being a pensioned PR agent for a government agency? Under what circumstances would you ever tell the truth if it made the government look bad? Maybe if media were functioning well and could reveal you were lying, but how long has it been since any of us have read some mainstream news and felt like you knew exactly what's going on? How long have we been without trustworthy sources of news? 20 years? Longer?

i wonder if the easiest path forward is for central banks to blame governments for spending too much and for governments to blame consumers for spending too much.
seems like it’s playing out that way so far, and it means neither governments or central banks have to admit guilt.
They think the only way to solve these problems is to print more money. when will they learn?
