I scanned the QR code with a lightning wallet and the food appeared after I paid the invoice. The sheep seemed pretty happy with the food!
For the coupons it says this:

Ho yeah got it it's the link I received by email. The qr code generates a 0.5 dolls invoice and u watch the sheeps eating so cute ahaha.
