It may be in the mempool waiting to be included in the next block. Since there is a lot of demand for block space right now, it is possible that it has not been processed yet. What priority did you set for the transaction? It is also possible that your wallet is waiting for more confirmations to validate the transaction. It is good practice, especially for large amounts, to wait for 6 confirmations (blocks) to validate a transaction.
