I can’t help but reflect on proof of work on my vacation in Atlanta. I’m staying in a hotel from the 1920’s and I see buildings that are so strong I know they will be around for a few 100 years. Recent buildings get built and destroyed very frequently like crypto. Bitcoin is like these time tested buildings! You can see the proof of work in the detail, stability, and millions of people who have trusted its strength for protection. This is the message we need to be able to share with others. Over time I believe this message continues to permeate to the masses one pleb at a time. Keep up the great work everyone. We are winning by building rock solid foundations that will last beyond our days on earth! Keep pushing our legacy forward into the future!

To me proof-of-work is also like excercise / body building.
You work hard for an hour, look in the mirror and there's nothing to show for it but you trust the process. Week after week you toil away, still nothing... but eventually something changes, something looks a little different from that first time you looked in the mirror. A year or two later you see a real difference. Did you get lucky with genetics? No, you put the work in.
You can trust the process because you're the one slaving away each day and you can verify it by what you see in the mirror. This is your own personal proof of work.
