Cant be made. Frontend sure, but the video hosting no. Relays dont store videos, we would always need a cloud solution from bigtech to host the videos = not censorship resistance
how does nostr.build do it?

ye, nostr.build uses Amazon Cloud for hosting files, they mention it on their about page
