Edit: fold the slice of cheese in half twice so youโll have 4 little squares, put that in between the beef pattyโs .

I'm more of smash burger on a cast iron griddle kind of man. I really like The Burger Scholar's videos for these. My favorite is the Oklahoma fried onion burger.
I switched to cast iron too. This video has a cast iron version later in the video too :)
