Know how that is gonna work out. They have the worst squatter laws in California.
These home owners gonna be lucky to get rid of the "renters" when they don't pay!

And considering there was a nation-wide eviction moratorium only a few years ago, renting out homes is a seriously risky venture nowadays. If tons of Americans end up on the verge of losing their homes (which is very likely), the Federal government might impose another eviction moratorium -- and who knows if that will include renters or just mortgagers like it did in 2020.
