I used to keep trying different type of kaymaks when I was living in istanbul, but nothing beats the one I ate lately! 🙉

No,no, no. You should try Afyon. Believe me.
It is not cow milk. Afyon is made from small buffalo or mandate milk.
Tastes very different.

the best kaymak I've tried are from this cow's mum 😂 haha

I guess generally the real good ones are made with fresh milk and from healthy and happy cows.
