Good evening, Stackers!
Got a quick health-related rant for y'all, inspired by this awesome post I came across:
QUESTION:
Are you or someone you know dealing with some variation of digestive problem, such as:
  • Crohn's Disease (Ileitis)
  • Ulcerative Colitis (UC)
  • Irritable Bowel Disease (IBD)
...or similar?
9 times out of 10, these problems are COMPLETELY fixable by adopting the diet humans have evolved to eat: MEAT AKA #CarnivoreDiet.
It's not that complicated: Despite what the Big Pharma overlords want you to believe, human beings DO NOT have the biology to digest plants/fiber. When you eat these materials (stop calling them "food"), it's going to shred your gut. The only question is how long it will take for the damage to catch up with you (some variation based on genetics).
Modern folks have been duped into the scam that we can just switch to the diet of a rabbit on a dime, and expect everything to be OK.
Bailing on the multi-million year constant of meat-eating in the last half-century has had disastrous consequences on global health. Millions of well-meaning people are walking right into Pharma's trap (needing supplements/pharmaceuticals to function) as they are unknowingly deteriorating their bodies to a significant degree by swallowing the toxins/defense chemicals inside these plant materials.
Anyways, bringing this back to the original topic of healing digestive problems: If this is you, and you've been searching for relief from the suffering...it's your lucky day! #Carnivore is the answer you've been looking for āœ…
And if "just eat meat" sounds like a "too good to be true" cure...
TRY ME.
I've been building a massive collection of testimonials of people who've completely eliminated these prohibitive ailments from their life (as well as many others) by adopting a species-appropriate diet. My DMs will always be open for anyone who's ready to take the plunge, and massively improve their health/well-being šŸ˜ŽšŸ¤™
The power of real people telling real stories can only be held off for so long.
WE ARE GOING TO WIN.

I'm starting to tilt more in this direction. I working my way through the book The Big Fat Surprise by Nina Teicholtz. Basically, all government sponsored nutrition guidelines are pretty much complete garbage. Usually the opposite is true.
Fat is not bad Low-fat is not good Saturated fat does not cause heart disease Veganism is not good Meat is not bad

Fantastic book!
For the next step down the rabbit hole, I highly recommend the "Plant Free MD" podcast hosted by Anthony Chaffee. That's what blew this thing open for me and really sent my down the #carnivore path.

Thanks for the recommendation. I've just listened to two of his shows. Wow. This may be my next rabbit hole.
