I'm not American so I can't comment on that but I can comment on the shakedown. I absolutely agree with you. I feel like this shakedown is designed to better position the big players in the next bull cycle. By big players, I mean hedge funds and those corporations filling for ETF approvals. These big players are the government, whether we like it not.
