Yogurt - just started making it. Don't need a yogurt maker or anything, but I do use a thermometer to get the milk to 180 degrees F, then cool it down to 115 before I add the yogurt. It's tasty. Save some yogurt for the next batch

yes! one of the super food, and can use it for skincare too 🤫

yogurt + honey + chickpea flavor + turmeric = a nice face mask
