Why is everybody so obsesed with the 1bitcoin unit bias when we all know the real unit of Bitcoin is satoshi? There is no bitcoin(BTC) unit in #Bitcoin there are only sats.
Obviously, there is not enough Bitcoin for everyone to have 1. In fact, I don't even think there is 1 bitcoin for every US dollar millionaire today. Such a large amount as 1 whole bitcoin will become a daunting sum for most of the world. Perhaps 21 million sats would be a better sum to promote. Much more attainable and will still be generational wealth some day.

Aside from the fact that people like whole numbers, I think the whole coiner “movement” (if we call it that) yields a lot of psychological security. When people reach this milestone, they feel good that they are part of an exclusive club because they know that they are still in the minority and that the majority of Bitcoiners have not reached this target yet. Other people may value it as a form of bragging rights to seek validation from the people around them that they are good with money, disciplined investors etc

There are all kind of weirdos in this world. Some seem to need/like/enjoy setting goals for themselves. A round number (like 1, 2, 3, etc.) might sound like some kind of logical goals. Of course, I might be wrong and perhaps there is some much more obscure obsessing reason behind all of it. LOL

Personally, I don't like it at all when I see these phrases. I don't like it because it gives the impression that something is wrong and that you need to buy something. I think it's very aggressive marketing.

To be a whole coiner will come with a lot of benefits in the future. Better collateral rates, special invites, status, wealth etc….

Bitcoin is for everyone, there is no special benefit nor status regardless if you have 1sat or a billion sats. The network treat everybody the same in fact people in #Bitcoin are not interested in doxing their holding. Bitcoin is based on proof of work not proof of stake meaning you get to keep your bitcoin by continueing providing value to society not the other way around
