Depends on where the liquidity issues appear first. I still think we'll see a race for ''help'' between banks and govs in Europe first

Funny that you use the terminology of league because a friend of mine just yesterday sent me an old clip of Chrystia Freeland(deputy PM) saying "Canada will have the strongest economic growth in the G7" and then he captioned it with "Canada should be relegated from the G7".
