If someone of you want to register to sMiles, it is possible now
I tried several times in the past month, but verification (with my phone number) was failed every time.
Today I verified and activated my account successfully.
In my opinion sMiles it is a great app to stack sats, they also have a step program (stacking sats for steps).

Iirc the daily limit is 21 sats, so it’s a little hard to abuse it too much
