like a relay only for “bitcoin”, “movies”, and “poetry”? or that just really isn’t how they work. they are just a pipe, and any specific content would have to be on a different layer?

They do kind of work like this to my understanding. I search for relays by topic of interest and add so I am receiving and sending through them.
