Cholesterol is not a good indicator of anything. Insulin resistance is a more important metric and it should be low. Vitamin d defeciency is also too common. Also don't try too hard :)

Thanks for the sats kind stranger. Most advice given to lower cholesterol raises insulin resistance. Its the reason why obesity and so on is so widespread. People are given the wrong info

You may want to check Peter Attia drive podcast. He has a lot of deep dives into the subject of lipid management. He is probably a little too ingrained into the medical industrial complex for some but he has a lot of good long-form discussions.

Love seeing people sharing what they have learned about their health. Contrary to what the pharma owned corporate press would have you believe this is what we need more of. People taking responsibility for their health.
I've heard the arguments about the flawed use of these metrics for health for some time. Usually from engineers, very technically minded people, and doctors, yes doctors not rando dudes that like meat explaining how ketosis works. I recommend checking out Dr Ken Berry on this subject. Blind faith in the medical system is as foolish as blind faith in anything. You can't trust your doctor because you can't trust the system. Your doctor may just be following the "best practices". It might be 10 years until the system "realizes" how wrong they are. Or maybe the incentives are aligned for them to NOT learn. Regardless, its our bodies and health on the line. Don't blindly follow anyone's advice including Lopp or Doc Berry.
