One study found it can take up to 300 liters (79.25 gallons) to make just one liter (0.26 gallons) of beer. The average bitcoiner drinks 1 bottle of beer before sending a transaction and 2 bottles while waiting for the 3rd confirmation. Experts are saying there are some nerds that are waiting for 6 confirmations and they consume even more, so eliminating these water wasters is priority number one for now. Blackrock already confirmed they are banning the beer in the lounge zone and also removing water coolers, just in case.

Where did they get thos from and what's the source of this information? We all know Bitcoin mining is bad for the electrical grid and electricity resources but how does it use this much water? And they trying to make a connection between dams that generate electricity and Bitcoin mining?
