I just learned today that Ocean Builders has received over 300 orders, paid up, for their pods! Add to that how they just launched their deep-sea model with the downstairs (underwater) room & how Arkpad is close to rolling out their first seastead too, it's clear that this will be a year for seasteading to really start moving.
