Great! In under 5 minutes, you can be up and ready with your e-mail address as your lightning address!

Ahhh, if you dont receive a notification then its no hassle, But if you receive a mail for every transaction, with 50k you could do some damage

Of course not.... E-Mail is only used once to link the e-mail address to the wallet.

Oh.. this seam a cheap way to do a denial of service on corporate mail..

Don't really know what do you mean. E-Mail is sent only once, at the time of the first access. The e-mail contains a link to claim your wallet. After that, everything is Lightning. So, you create yourname@somedomain.com by accessing https://....com/.well-know/lnurlp/yourname. An e-mail is sent to yourname@somadomain.com containing a link to claim your wallet (so only someone who has access to the e-mail address can claim the wallet). After that, anyone can send you sats from a lightning address enabled wallet to yourname@somedomain.com and you will get the sats directly to the wallet (without any e-mail notification, it is purely lightning).
