Yes, he is. (And he is overwhelmingly likely to win).

^ Its against their constitution for a president to have more than one term.
He could however, endorse another candidate and that could result in that person being more likely to be elected.

Constitutions are words on a piece of paper, they mean nothing if people don't follow them and they aren't enforced by the people. US politicians violate the constitution all the time and nothing is done about it.
Honestly constitutions are just smoke and mirrors used as a distraction.

Not everyone is happy with it, but in September 2021, the court decided to ignore that rule in their constitution...
