You don't need a lawyer, friend. This stuff ain't hard, but pick your battles. Lower courts are a joke and you'll have to appeal to a REAL court many times. They also like to throw false judgments at you.
Listen to Rule Of Law radio to get an idea.

if you have the time to read and have a good compreention.. motions and affidavits dont write themselves :) i have some friends that are dedicating some serious time on this.. Not for me..

You're right. There is some learning involved, but it can get fun when you see lawyers/judges recuse/retire for things that a Pro Se did.
