I can already feel my legs coming back to me! I feel like with running anytime I’ve taken a break it feels like I’ve completely lost all my training within a few days.
Biggest issue right now is gonna be boredom, I used to have a long trail where I could run out as far as I needed then turn right around and finish my workout. Now I have a neighborhood that is just under a mile and I HATE having to run the same place over and over.
Tomorrow is a speed workout day. See you then.
