I can already feel my legs coming back to me! I feel like with running anytime I’ve taken a break it feels like I’ve completely lost all my training within a few days.
Biggest issue right now is gonna be boredom, I used to have a long trail where I could run out as far as I needed then turn right around and finish my workout. Now I have a neighborhood that is just under a mile and I HATE having to run the same place over and over.
Tomorrow is a speed workout day. See you then.

to me running is a exersice in pure suck, good on you for going through with it! may I ask why you want to run a marathon?

It certainly is, I think a lot of it stems from me realizing that I was overweight almost a year ago exactly and realizing I needed a change in my life. I had ran cross country in high school so that’s where I went to lose the weight. After I got down to a much healthier weight I decided to train for a marathon mainly so I didn’t just go back to being lazy and overweight. I started watching some David Goggins and Cameron Hanes and just wanted to do something that was hard to do. Now it’s time to finish what I started on my 2nd attempt!
