We all know the old guy who has been drinking and smoking his old life, happy as can be, unwilling to die. We also know people who are consistently ill, who tend to be anxious, afraid, and unwell emotionally, physically and mentally. Dis-ease is simply stuck energy. How do we get stuck energy? Trauma, not just bodily trauma, all kinds of trauma. Going back to the womb and past that. "The body keeps the score" by Bessel van der Kolk M.D. is a great reference to this. Trauma also informs our beliefs about ourselves, if we believe we are unwell, we are. It is a vicious cycle. If we believe in Western medicine, we will need Western medicine. If we believe in silly Peruvian Healing retreats, they will work. If we believe in scary viruses and germs, we will have to negotiate that in our reality. Everyone is entitled to their own reality, which they create from thought forms around their experience. I have witnessed many light switch type aha moments where some one was able to let go of an allergy or illness. See Dr. Bruce Lipton's work. This is science as well. Energy is everything. The energy of our thoughts, words, experience, physical bodies, everything we do collectively and consume matters and informs our reality and concept of self. My 2 sats. Thanks for reading. I love this place.

Reality is reality. Anything different is just perception or opinion of reality. Maybe that is what u mean. But I also belive the double slit experiment or whatever it is called. I'm not a philosopher, these were just my first thoughts haha.

I would say we each have our own reality and we live in one of infinite realities. We share overlapping experience, but each individual has their version of the events, their perception, their truth. They project their reality based on those beliefs. To me, everything is subjective. There is no one set reality. Could me the multiverse. Or a simulation bit it seems Everything is within everything. Double slit and all that. It's all Just consciousness. And we each get to have our take on it. And they are all valid. In my opinion.

Very nicely put!
The mind-body connection is insanely underappreciated/understudied in the modern health paradigm.
Finding ways to shift this back to fully feeling & understanding oneself on a deep level will do an enormous amount of good for us all.
