Yup, and still no action from the rethuglicans on common sense gun legislation that over 90% of the nation supports.

I remember a few years back a member of the house of reps from the state of Tennessee said, when asked about his thoughts on innocent children dying and if he would support any gun legislation now, "it's the cost of freedom."
