Started this morning off with a weightlifting session using the guide that I posted yesterday. I’m currently only doing the 4 upper body specific portions of it.
Today was the last light day of this cycle

Bench Press 2x12 - 115 lbs
Bent over rows 2x12 - 105 lbs
Overhead Barbell Press 2x12 - 70 lbs
Barbell Curls 2x12 - 65 lbs

For the run I had an easy effort 5 mile run with an average time of just over 9 minutes per mile. Felt really good and my last mile ended up being 7:57! I’m ready for the marathon that is marathon training!

Tomorrow we have an hour on the exercise bike!
