I’ve felt it and Saef shows the data!

lol. I have less and less respect for Saef, though it started low to begin with.
For one, what he shows is USE of the term, not existence of a phenomenon. "Unemployment" is not a "natural" concept. It comes up under certain conditions. Why does it come up at that time?
There are a few reasons, if you actually a) know anything about social structures or care to learn or b) are willing to do at least a little research. None of which is, of course, something ideologues ever do.
For one, the post quite naively assumes that dependent paid labor is the normal state of things. It is of course no such thing. Our current system where labor is organized dependent on enterprises that contract and pay you arises with the industrial revolution and the emergence of capitalism (used as a descriptive, not a moral term): That transformation begins about a hundred years before this graph takes off (IR), which slowly changes feudal labor in a landlord system into dependent labor in a capitalist system.
Without this transformation, there can, logically, be no such thing as unemployment as we conceptualize it today, as sell-your-time-employment IS NOT THE STANDARD on which people worked before. This is slow, and takes a while to become the majority, and then the unquestioned normality.
This, in turn, creates a "reserve" of people not being able to sell their work-time; under feudalism, this is rather unthinkable, as serfs belong to the land and will be used. In Free Burger contexts (city dweller citizens, not food), in family-oriented craftsmen shops, there is also no such thing as unemployment; another kid will just be put to work sewing.
But capitalism creates people who do not belong to any land and have no community to put them to work; they are capitalism's reserve army, a new concoction that keeps wages low, as the existence of this reserve is what makes workers easily replaceable (and provides a "scare background": look at those wretched people, you don't want to be like that, so keep your dirty mouth shut).
Second, and somewhat more importantly, who comes up with the idea of counting the "unemployed"? And why do they do that? The phenomenon arises a hundred years (a bit more) before this graph takes off, so.. what takes it so long to be translated into a TERM? What happens at the transition of the 19th/20th century?
It's the emerging social state that is now faced with this "reserve army" of laborers that have no income and are becoming restless at times. So states begin, at exactly that time of the turn of the 19th/20th century, to institute social systems to provide basic assistance to those who don't have an income.
To do this, the administrative state now HAS to catalogue them. So they invent a category and a term. Voila: "unemployment".
This is what Saef "found". Just that he doesn't know anything about it.

Solid feedback. There are many “unemployed” because the fiat system “pays” them to do nothing and make almost if not more than minimum wage. Why work they say? It’s just the government’s money. News flash, they have no money and are actually in debt. They keep debasing our money(currency) through updating numbers on a company screen. Inflation in fiat is theft and enables too many handouts to “unemployed” many of these can can work but they have and we give them no incentive to. I have family members who have shown this to me and it makes me sick!

well... not ecactly. The social system doesn't create them, itjust creates the term and counts them. It's the change in the mode of production that makes it possible for there to be that group.
