I am looking for good arguments and structures to convince my boss to implement bitcoin payments in our company.
Like building an invesment pool for the workers, pay bonuses in btc or pay small benefits for good work in btc.
Do you guys have experience with stuff like that. Wich methods are you using to implement btc into your workplace?

If your company is a tech company I would really suggest implementing and operating your own bitcoin + lightning node.

- Competitive Advantage

I work at a prototypeing company working mostly in the automotive space. Our customers are big OEM's like BMW, Porsche, Audi etc. Its hard to convince these customers. So i think about something that you can do in your company internally.

Then just accumulate as company reserve and from that "cache" pay employees for example.
