Started off the morning with my upper body lift
Bench Press 2x8 - 130 lbs
Bent over rows 2x8 - 120 lbs
Overhead barbell press 2x8 - 80lbs
Barbell curls 2x8 - 80lbs

I want to be faster this time around than I was last time

This morning was a 4 mile run with easy effort that I could’ve easily finished in 38-40 minutes and checked it off my list. Easy effort doesn’t mean as easy as possible which is what I fell into a lot when training for my first attempt at the marathon.

Today I ran the 4 miles in just under 32 minutes. Throughout the run I would audibly talk to try and make sure that I was still staying in zone 2, but my pace was much better than a definitely in zone 2, 10 minute pace.

Really happy with my work today.
