For bitcoin core full node it is recommended that the node where your wallet is located only "talks" to another node of yours.

No, I am running a seperate node already so just things like software wallets
Software wallets are light nodes, so "any" computer will do. In a good software wallet, the private keys are stored and encrypted locally.
maybe software wallet isnt a precise enough term
Maybe transaction coordinator is a better term, not sure, but the plan is that the keys would never be on the device but instead generated offline
Either way sounds like you are saying any computer will work
