I went to the tomb of Ertuğrul Gazi in Söğüt, the father of Osman Ghazi - who founded the Ottoman Empire, which almost lasted for 700 years; it's a bit wild to be in the place where the whole Empire started, it's almost in the middle of nowhere.

Osman translated to Ottoman in English, I think the Osman Empire could be better; and if we see the government as a company, then the Empires were family-run businesses based on conquests; it's so interesting to learn how things used to be and compare them with how things work now.
