Cozying up with pre-compliance has never done shit to earn good will and help a company survive regulation. If ur a threat to existing power, you either become a cog in support or you build systems to defend yourself from that power. Aint no middle room, wiggle room they will fking own your centralized ass if they need to. For tether, that means going back in time and not forming a company to distribute securities without permission.
