Yes and no...what will happen to the network if the biggest 200 nodes (on 16.000) will desappear tomorrow?
In a strongly decentralised system nothing...in our reality there will be many problems.
It will be bad. However, that will also mean more opportunities for everybody else. Many payments fail, and somebody may not even notice that 200 nodes went offline.
